Her eye-catching lips may be courtesy of lip injections when she was 25, but she claims having had the silicone removed since. As is expected from a member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH), Lisa is almost always made up to the nines.

In an uncommon, makeup-free Instagram post, Lisa looked refreshingly unrecognizable compared to her usual glammed-up self. She stars in Season 10 of RHOBH which is currently being aired. Her last appearance otherwise was in the 2019 TV series called This Close.
