Aviva Drescher

Aviva Drescher, who’s in her late 40s, was seen in The Real Housewives of New York (RHONY) for seasons five and six. While she has since been occupied with bringing up the four children she had with her husband, Reid, The former RHONY star says she would love a return to the show.

Even in her bare-faced clinic photo above, she looks fresh. We know that Aviva has had breast enhancement surgery and some other work, too. What you might not know is that she has an artificial leg, which she writes about in her autobiography titled Leggy Blonde (2014).
