Being a well-paid stand-up comedian can make you rich enough to own any house that catches your fancy. Take Chris Rock, for example, who has been the owner of the lovely estate in Brooklyn for almost two decades now.

The star recently put the gorgeous three-story dwelling on sale at $3.9 million, which features an expansive space, a cozy sitting area, and a roof terrace. But it seems it’s the wooden beams of the place that the actor lost his heart to. Unfortunately, Chris decided to let the property go and is probably on the hunt for the next!
