Brooke Boney – Undisclosed Annual Salary

Brooke Boney made a complete turnaround in her media career aspirations. She initially started as a political reporter, working for NITV and SBS. In this stage of her career, she also read the news on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s radio station Triple J, where she became renowned for using the Gamilaraay greeting Yaama.

But in 2018, she made a switch and was announced as the entertainment reporter for Nine Network’s Today breakfast show, working with the show’s longstanding entertainment editor Richard Wilkins. She courted some mixed reactions when she expressed her opinion about Australia Day.
