Perhaps by looking at her parents’ healthy and lengthy marriage, Amy Carter has also managed to lead a blissful wedded life with James Gregory Wentzel for 25 years. She is one of the four children of former president Jimmy Carter, for anyone who doesn’t know.

Now 53 years old, Amy married Wentzel in 1996. At the time, he was a computer consultant, who she met while working part-time at an Atlantan bookstore. As per AP News, her choice of clothing for her nuptials was a ’20 style hand-embroidered frock with a short veil and a colorful flower crown.
