A Happy Ending
After a custody battle, Henry was awarded full custody of Tommy, granting Andrea only weekend visitation rights. She received no other concessions. Andrea and Dave subsequently wed and had two more children.
In due course, Henry was able to forgive his ex-wife and move on to find new love. Interestingly, research indicates that forgiveness may be associated with better physical and mental health outcomes.
