Better Late Than Never
The English rock band “The Who” established a name by appearing in culturally significant events such as the Isle of Wight and Woodstock. When they appeared at the latter festival, they were originally scheduled to perform on Saturday night. Due to multiple delays in the program, they ended up performing on a Sunday morning.
Although they had to wait 12 hours before conquering the stage, the band did not hold back when it was their time to shine. Their performance of the 1965 anthem “My Generation” hit the headlines. The Who is considered one of the most influential rock bands of the 20th century and is cited for its influence on rock.
