With a long and varied career in journalism, Joyce Napier has cemented herself as one of Canada’s veteran reporters. She’s worked for Société Radio-Canada, the French-language branch of the CBC, and CTV News, for which she’s been serving as the Ottawa Bureau Chief since 2016.

According to a document the CBC released in 2014, Napier’s position earned a maximum salary of about $87K. Her current pay at CTV isn’t public knowledge at the moment. We don’t doubt it’s a competitive sum, though, given her resume and skills. She’s fluent in four languages, including French and Italian.
