The iconic Julie Christie made the Swinging Sixties her playground with her beauty and blonde hair. But she was more than a centerfold hottie who won numerous awards, including a Golden Globe, BAFTA, Screen Actors Guild Award, and an Oscar.

She was also an actress known for notable films like her 1963 breakthrough Billy Liar and an Oscar-winning performance in 1965’s Darling. She later had roles in the Harry Potter films and as an attractive bohemian grandmother in Red Riding Hood. She is currently filming her parts for a documentary called John Schlesinger: Midnight Men, due in 2022.
