Stuart McGugan, 77
Stuart McGugan is well known for being the presenter on BBC Play School. He presented the show for more than 10 years, starting in 1975. Another role he is well known for is the role of ‘Atlas’ Mackintosh in the cult classic sitcom; It Ain’t Half Hot Mum.
He also played a character named Bomba McAteer in Tutti Frutti and had another role in a military-themed show called Dad’s Army. He also had a recurring role in the sitcom called You Rang M’Lord? McGugan was last seen on a stage participating in an episode of Pointless Celebrities.
