Bernard Cribbins, 92
Even when comedian Bernard Cribbins has surpassed ninety, he still isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. No wonder he was awarded as ‘British Icon of the Week’ in 2020 by ‘BBC America.’ A few years before that, the actor was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for contributions to drama.
When asked during an interview, Cribbins pointed out that “retired” is a dirty word for him, especially when he’s still fit and healthy. The legendary star shared he still has a big ambition to fulfill—to appear in a Western flick! Acting since he was fourteen, the comedian’s most notable appearances are in the movies ‘The Railway Children’ and ‘Hitchcock’s Frenzy.’
