Leslie Joseph is an actress who is renowned for her stage presence and her comic timing on TV. She even earned an Olivier Award nomination for her role in the West End production of Young Frankenstein. Her other notable stage roles include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Calendar Girls, and Annie.
In terms of TV, she had a lead role in the popular sitcom Birds of a Feather. She was on the show from 1989 to 1998 and returned when the show was revived in 2014. She is also noted for her role in Absurd Person Singular and Night and Day. She featured in a 2021 documentary, Agatha & Poirot: Partners in Crime.
