Nigel Planer, 68
Nigel Planer is so smart and diverse that he eventually earned an Honorary Doctor of Arts degree from Edinburgh Napier University. This is not bad for a guy who gained fame playing a character named Ralph Filthy in the sitcom Filthy Rich & Catflap.
He also played Neil in the comedy series The Young Ones and has a long list of West End productions. These include Chicago, We Will Rock You, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. His efforts have earned him a Brit award and nominations for a host of other awards. His last activity was a voice part in the comedy show Jeepers Creepers.
