Brittney Griner and Cherelle Watson attended Baylor University back in the day. Although they didn’t start dating then, the spark of their relationship was ignited many years later. Griner was once married to Glory Johnson, the mother of her twins, but they divorced in 2016.
Despite this, Griner eventually found her true love in math teacher Watson in 2017. These two actually knew each other from college when they were both studying at Baylor University and only rekindled their connection. After a year of being engaged, the WNBA star and Watson said “I do” in 2019. The lovebirds are still going strong as of 2023.
