The saddest part about this picture is that we won’t be seeing this beauty at the tournament in 2022. This is because her country, Italy, didn’t qualify for the tournament in Qatar. This is an anomaly for this proud footballing nation, though, because history shows that Italy is a strong soccer nation.
They have won four World Cup titles along with two European Championship titles and have also appeared as losing finalists twice in both competitions. So even though they didn’t qualify for the 2022 World Cup, don’t bet against them coming back strong in the next major soccer tournament.
