Antonija Sandrić, 33 – Šibenik, Croatia
Antonija Sandrić had varying sports interests ranging from basketball to volleyball as a young girl. However, it didn’t take long before she stuck with the former and kicked off the Vidici Dalmostan. By 2007, she signed with Jolly JBS and won the Croatian championship and cup the following year.
Sandrić was also part of the Bronze-winning team at the 2009 Mediterranean Games. Her shooting skill and style of play aren’t all she’s known for. Sandrić revealed she’s received modeling offers which she declined. In 2015, she tied the knot with basketballer Marko Sandrić, and in 2022, they welcomed their second child.
