Jennifer Lacy is the daughter of a former Major League Baseball player. So growing up in a very sport-focused home may have inspired her foray into basketball. Although she began in high school, she got significant recognition while playing for the Pepperdine Waves in college.
Soon enough, she was signed by Arizona, U.C. Santa Barbara, Washington, and California. When Lacy went pro in 2006, she joined the WNBA as a free agent. Starting her time in the WNBA with the Phoenix Mercury, she last played for the Connecticut Suns in 2015.
