Jon Bon Jovi – Palm Beach, $43 Million
The New Jersey-born singer-songwriter Jon Bon Jovi who recently sold his Palm Beach house, which he spent about $20 million renovating, turned around and acquired a new residence in the same area. This time he spent a hefty sum of $43 million in buying the mansion, and pictures of it are simply jaw-dropping.
The 10,232-square-foot, seven-bedroom, and 12-bathroom home built in 2007 is almost a physical embodiment of the word “deluxe.” Along with its high-end finishes, the building said to be designed by the famous architect Thomas Kirchhoff has extortionate amenities, including two elevators, an exercise room, a courtyard pool, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, and two oceanfront loggias.
