Rockstars are no strangers to flying around different cities when they’re out on tour, so finding a permanent residence can be quite a challenge. But for former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, his wish was simple – to have one situated by the beach! Well, Grohl ultimately got his wish after buying a $2.9 million house in Oxnard.
It’s a quaint three-story, four-bedroom property that sits on 3,100 square feet of fine sand, with enough garage space to house several guests. However, the best part about it is the unobstructed view of the Pacific! Sadly, Grohl has placed the beach house on the market – too bad!
