A Hero Worth Praising

Although the person who called the Colorado Springs Fire Department didn’t go to such extreme lengths, their actions were still commendable. They could’ve simply turned a blind eye to the helpless creatures in need and gone on their way as usual, but they didn’t.

Thanks to people like the unnamed caller and the strengthening of laws against animal neglect, the US is becoming a better place for animals and those who fight for animal rights. Wherever the caller is, hopefully, they know that they’re a hero who saved eight lives that day.
