Daryl Somers may have risen to fame as the host and executive producer of the popular comedy variety show “Hey Hey It’s Saturday.” But now, he’s best known for hosting “Dancing with the Stars,” a position he took up in 2004 and continued even in 2022.
After almost two decades of hosting the live-performance show, Somers is well deserving of his celebrity status. However, highlights of his career also include television shows like “Family Feud,” “The Daryl Somers Show” and “Break.” And in 2022, he hosted “Hey Hey It’s 100 Years,” a TV special celebrating the long-running variety show that marked his career beginnings.
