Sean Scully (74) – Sydney, New South Wales
Not to be confused with the Irish-born artist of the same name, Sean Scully is an Australian actor TV audiences best remember for his performances in serials. Scully landed his first role at age 12 in the 1960 film “Hunted in Holland” produced by the Children’s Film Foundation. And the film won the Diploma of Honour at the Cannes Film Festival.
After that performance, Scully was signed to Walt Disney, and he began starring in Technicolor feature films like “The Prince and the Pauper” and “Dr. Syn, Alias the Scarecrow.” As an adult, Scully took on roles in popular soap operas like “Homicide,” “Division 4,” and “Neighbours.”
