This is most likely something she learned from her mother, ex Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Dianna De La Garza. The Cowboys cheer squad is one of the best in the NFL, and this level of excellence was no doubt passed down. Ironically, De La Garza’s other daughter, Madison, is also an actress. Lovato meanwhile released a 2021 documentary called “Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil.”
