Storm Reid was fortunate enough to have a mother who is an actress, yet didn’t get sucked so far in, that she could guide her daughter’s career. Robyn Simpson is best known for her role in The “Jamie Foxx Show,” “Darby Harper Wants You to Know” and “Poultry and Prejudice.”

She hasn’t been active since the mid-2000s, but she has been behind Storm all the way. Daughter meanwhile has been starring in some heavyweight films including “12 Years a Slave,” “Don’t Let Go” and “When They See Us.” She also had a small role in 2021’s “The Suicide Squad” and returned for another season of “Euphoria.”
