Courtney Love – Age 56

If you have followed Courtney Love’s work in the ’80s and ’90s, you’d have trouble identifying her today as she looks pretty different from those days. The 56-year-old has plastic surgery to thank (or blame) for that. She has admitted to having had a facelift at 35 as well as a nose job.

However, she stirred the public’s feelings for her a few years ago after criticizing women who had similar surgeries only to have ended up with worse looks. It was deemed ironic and ridiculous on her end. When it comes to her singing career, Love released the soundtrack “Mother” after about five years of inactivity.
