Perhaps because of the nature of the series, the Baywatch production team had a habit of hiring Playboy magazine models as cast members. Donna D’Errico was one of such models. She originally joined the franchise through a spin-off series Baywatch Nights, where she played the character of Donna Marco. The character was later introduced to the original Baywatch in season seven.

The series was arguably her big break, and she capitalized on the fame and has since stayed active in the industry. At the moment she’s filming two upcoming movies. She’s also expected to join the set of the anticipated film 116 MacDougal.
