Making the Most of the Litter Box

Boots had an important role in his porch pirate plan. He would do nothing but eat, use the litter box, and wait. Russell put cat feces in a box, waited for the thieves to take it, and let them be surprised by the “treasure” inside. He took it a step further by placing the litter box in an old Amazon package to make it look like a tempting target.

Russell couldn’t wait to see the reaction when they realized they had been tricked. So while Boots might not have been aware of his part in the plan, he was helping his owner teach those thieves a lesson they wouldn’t forget.
