Yet if you look at almost a decade-long relationship of ‘NCIS’ star Pauley Perrette and former British royal marine Thomas Arklie, you will realize that it’s not exactly true. Formally engaged since 2011, the couple has been together ever since without marring, giving their relationship a new definition.
