Finding Something Odd
Tim climbed the ladder, each rung bringing him closer to answers. When he finally peered into the nest, his heart skipped a beat. “What? How is this possible?” he muttered, nearly losing his balance in shock. The nest, once a secure home for birds, now had a gaping hole torn through it—a sight that screamed danger.
Seeking answers, Tim turned to his fellow rangers. “Have you noticed anything unusual?” he asked. Most hadn’t, but a few mentioned odd sounds and fleeting shadows near the nest. Visitors reported strange noises. Tim took meticulous notes of everything that was out of place.
