Second Time’s Not The Charm
The foreman tried to convince the woman, to no avail. The second time around, he went to the lady, only to find her on her phone. Clearly, she was too busy to notice that someone was there so the man waved his hand until he got her attention.
Once she noticed him, he rolled down her window. Annoyed, she asked the foreman what he wanted this time while not ending her call. He instructed her to move her vehicle calmly but again, she refused to do so. She obviously had no plans of backing down from what was turning into a small altercation.
