Ryan Giggs – Salford, £3 million
Former Manchester United star Ryan Giggs purchased his pad in Salford in 2004 alongside his now ex-wife Stacey. After the purchase, he knocked down the old building to construct a brand new luxury home with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The new architecture also included an indoor pool, sprawling lawns, cinema, and bar. In 2019, however, Giggs decided to downsize and put the mansion on the market for £3.5 million before relocating to a more modest £1.7 million residence in Worsley, Greater Manchester. Giggs recently closed the deal on his Salford home after slashing £500k off the asking price to finally sell it off for £3 million.
