Theo Walcott – Hemel, Hempstead, £1.175 million
Theo Walcott originally purchased his 9.4-acre residence in Hemel, Hempstead, along with his girlfriend, Melanie Slade. The property was a gift for his parents Lynn and Don, and his brother Ashley.
The four-bedroom home made headlines in 2011 when it was robbed in broad daylight by burglars. The thieves were later apprehended and taken in custody for stealing £40k worth of electronics and a Volkswagen Golf. Walcott’s newly signed two-year contract with Southampton F.C is set to be activated after his current loan deal with Everton FC expires in June 2021.
