Ashley Cole – Hurtwood, £6.1 million
Ashley Cole and his ex-wife Cheryl bought their Surrey mansion after their marriage in 2006. The couple reportedly paid £3.5 million for the luxurious manor home, £500k above the asking price. Following their divorce, Cole sold off the residence for a cool £2.5 million profit in 2017.
The former LA Galaxy player put his eight-bedroom lavish building up for sale in 2016 at £7.5 million, but he finally managed to close a deal in 2017 at £6.1 million after a series of price slashes. After an illustrious career that includes 10 major titles, Cole recently made his return to Chelsea F.C as a coach.
