Real Madrid player Gareth Bale put up his Clarence Gate farmhouse for sale just three months after his record-breaking £86m transfer to the Spanish club. Bale lived in his Woodford Green home with his girlfriend Emma Rhys-Jones and their daughter Alba before moving to Spain’s capital and renting a pad for £7k a month.
The Essex home boasts five bedrooms, a three-vehicle garage, and a 150-foot garden. The layout features three balconies, French windows, and an open kitchen/dining area. The Real Madrid right-winger is currently spending his 2021 season on loan at his old club Tottenham.
