In case you’re wondering if that’s an alligator in the grill, you’re right. It is very common to eat alligator meat in the countryside. While some people prefer to catch the meat by themselves, it’s not always available around the year. So you might need to visit an alligator farm to get one. 

An alligator with a turkey in its mouth wouldn’t have been easy to catch anyway, so we can assume that this alligator wasn’t caught like this. Someone must have gotten creative with the grill. Or maybe this is a way to spice things up at Thanksgiving.
