You cannot keep some people down no matter what life throws at them. Carol Cooke is a prime example of that; she’s a Paralympian who has won several gold and silver medals in cycling. She had a particularly eventful Tokyo 2020 Paralympics where a crash prevented her from talking and walking for a while. Admirably, she got back on her feet with double the resolve to win.
