Defining a Cyst
Growing cysts are surprisingly common regardless of anyone’s age; however, most people aren’t exactly aware of why or how it happens. In a nutshell, a cyst is a fluid sac that grows in any part of the body for no apparent reason. Others suffering from the condition go about their lives without the need for surgery, but the most severe cases can lead to fatalities if it ruptures.
If the cyst is considerable in size and has grown in a sensitive portion of the body, like in Keely’s situation, it’s important to remove it, or else it would block blood circulation and compromise her health.
