Pushing Through the Pain
Again, their journey wasn’t without its hurdles, and one of the toughest challenges was dealing with delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), which was a significant obstacle in the early days. Unlike the immediate discomfort of acute muscle soreness, DOMS creeps in after a workout, often hitting hardest after a good night’s rest. While it’s a sign of progress, the lingering pain can make continuing seem daunting.
