Bob Dole, 98 Years Old

Bob Dole’s progressive work for the country propelled his way up the success ladder to become a Senate Majority Leader not just once but three times. Later, after giving several years as a lawmaker and being awarded a considerable amount of honorary degrees like Doctors of Arts, he stepped down from politics.

People may have expected Dole to rest, but his post-retirement life became even more exciting as he started appearing in quite a few television programs and comedy talk shows, including ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.’ Now in his 90s, Dole may be slowing down for his health, but the kind of respect he earned as a politician nonetheless assures him that he has made a worthwhile career.
