Larry Holmes – Age 72

Popularly known as “Easton Assassin,” Larry Holmes is considered one of the best boxers of all time and, interestingly, is the only one who has defeated the great Mohammad Ali. In his 29 year-long professional boxing career, this man has secured a record win of 69, earning several notable titles like ‘WBC Heavyweight’ and ‘Lineal Heavyweight.’

After his final fight in 2002 with Erin Esch, Holmes moved back to his hometown Easton and invested in various businesses that include restaurants, a training facility, and a nightclub. As per ‘Sports Casting,’ it is speculated that Holmes will again be making a comeback in the rings for charity purposes, and we hope it happens soon.
