Tim Matheson, 74 Years Old

If you’ve seen episodes of TV series like “Virgin River” and “This Is Us,” you would have no trouble recognizing Tim Matheson. After all, he did play Doctor Vernon Mullins and Dave Malone on both of those shows. But what you probably didn’t know was how exactly he began his acting career.

At 13, Matheson appeared in the CBS comedy series “Window on Main Street.” And the following year, he also voiced various characters for animated series like “Jonny Quest,” “Sinbad Jr. and his Magic Bell” and “Space Ghost.” Matheson also has an impressive list of directing credits in works like “Lucifer” and “Persons of Interest.”
