According to Express, Holden changed her regimen every six months or so, believing that the skin “gets used to the products” constantly used. On top of this, the “EastEnders” star tries to eat moderately and maintain an active lifestyle despite her hectic schedule. Mainly, she is fond of running, which she said is also for her headspace.
