For years many people thought Rowan Atkinson couldn’t speak in real life because of his hilarious mute performances in the legendary series, Mr. Bean. But our beloved Mr. Bean can indeed talk. He can buy expensive cars, too, and seems to be a bit of a thrill-seeker behind the wheel, reportedly crashing his McLaren FI twice.
He bought the luxury car in 1997 for about $750,000 and sold it for a neat $12.2 million in 2015. Yes, even after he’d crashed it twice. He should be expecting some more serious profit soon, as he has a new ten-part Netflix comedy series titled Man Vs Bee.
