Clemency Burton-Hill – Undisclosed Yearly Salary

Clemency Burton-Hill is an English broadcaster and journalist that had been a scholar at the Royal College of Music, so she is also an accomplished violist. It is not surprising that in October 2017, her first non-fiction book is about music: Year of Wonder: Classical Music for Every Day.

Burton-Hill’s first job in journalism was as a Vogue staff writer, and now, she works as the Creative Director for New York Public Radio. Shockingly, she suffered a hemorrhage in her brain in 2020 but was able to return to work this year, partly because she listened to Bach and funk while in a coma.
