It hasn’t been the easiest year for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after contracting malaria and getting benched by Arsenal in March 2021 over disciplinary issues. The year also started on a sad note when he missed a few games when his mother was ill. It didn’t dampen his spirits, as per the heartwarming posts he shared on his Instagram account later in March.
The occasion in question marked 11 years since he tied the knot with Alysha Behague. Their happily ever after now includes two sons, Pierre and Curtys. The family accompanied Aubameyang through his moves from A.C Milan (Italy) to Saint-Etienne (France) and his current team, Arsenal (London).
