Freddie Ljungberg and Natalie Foster
Karl Fredrik Ljungberg made his professional playing debut with the Halmstad football club. His career soared with Arsenal with honors, including three FA Cups, 75 caps, and two Premier League titles. After playing for Mumbai City, he shifted his focus to football management and most recently served as Arsenal F.C.’s interim head coach.
Ljungberg met Natalie Foster in 2007 during his season-long stint with West Ham United. They got hitched in 2014, and several of his former teammates, including Tony Adams, attended the big day. Their family now includes two children.
