Freya Jones & Iona Jones – Daughters of Kirsty Young
Kristy Young married businessman Nick Jones in 1999, and they have two daughters named Freya Jones and Iona Jones. Freya, the “Desert Island Discs” host’s first daughter, was born a year after she tied the knot with the founder of the Soho House club in February 2000. Meanwhile, she gave birth to Iona in April 2006.
The Scottish TV and radio presenter explained that pushy parents are a modern problem, and she does not want to be one, nor does she want her two daughters to be pushed in any way. As of 2022, Kristy’s family continues to live in Oxfordshire.
