Rightfully nicknamed ‘Maddo,’ Robbie Maddison is an Australian motorbike stunt performer who loves to push the envelope. An experienced record-breaker, Maddo loves to try to do things that were never done before, regardless of how impossible they may seem at first.
In this now-iconic sports photo, Maddo defies all logic by riding a wave on top of his motorcycle. This one-of-a-kind feat was achieved in Teahupoo, Tahiti, and was the culmination of two years of hard work. Maddo used a modified dirt motorbike to pull this stunt and showed the world that nothing is impossible.
