In sports, you always want to win in the best possible way. That’s how legends are made. But most times, winning is a process as glamorous as this awkward, well-timed wrestling snap. When the competition is high, sports can become less about the means… And more about the end.

From the photographer’s point of view, it looks like he’s sticking the entire head of his rival inside his behind! It’s just a visual illusion, but we can’t help but think it makes the U.S. fighter’s imminent victory a little bit less dignified.
