When you’re a pro athlete, your success depends almost exclusively on your ability to beat your opponents. And to succeed in sports, it’s very important always to trust your capabilities. A confident posture, for instance, can make a big difference in a competitive environment.

These two runners don’t look like they have the same level of confidence. The woman on the left seems to be distracted by her opponents’ well-structured behind, while the woman on the right is 100% focused on her goal to win. If we had to bet on one of the two, it’s pretty easy to guess which one we’d pick!
